Necklace was broken when it arrived

I was really looking forward to this necklace because it was to commemorate my deceased golden retriever Cedar. They engraved her name on the golden retriever, but it was hard to read. The necklace is extremely lightweight and very, very small. The clip that holds the necklace around your neck was broken and the little round thing that it goes to was missing. So I never even got to try it on. This was not a pleasant experience, to say the least. Hopefully this company will read their reviews and reach out to me after reading this.
