Can I preview and approve the artwork before shipment?
Yes! We will send you the 100% hand drawn artwork of your pet to preview and approve before we print it.
Here is how it works:
- Place your order
- Once we create the artwork of your pet, we will contact you for approval
- If you approve, awesome!
- If you request a change, we will update it and ask for your approval again
- The order is then sent to one of our manufacturing partners where they print and ship it.
** NOTE: You must respond to our request for approval within 72 hours. If you do not, we will assume you approve and will ship it. We can't have too many orders sitting around the office :)
We want you to be happy with the artwork before it is printed, so we offer free revisions.
The goal is to create artwork that looks like your pet in the photo you provide and we will work to make that happen.
If your photo is dark, blurry, or your pet is not looking at the camera, there is only so much we can do. Please see our image guidelines for how to get the best photo.
We will not make many edits to compensate for bad photos, missing details, or "what if" scenarios.
Accepting a new photo for a complete redesign of the artwork is not our standard policy and will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
Can I put more than one pet on a product?
Most products work best with one pet, but we understand that some pets are inseparable. Look for a "how many pets?" option on products that we can put more faces on.
Be aware that we will have to shrink the size of each pet you add so they all fit and we charge extra for each pet artwork we design.
Will my photo work?
You don't have to be a professional photographer to snap a great picture of your pet, BUT we do have some tips before you make you upload an image.
We recommend photos in sunny or bright light (so we can see all the details) and to have your pet sit or stand up looking at the camera.
If our artists don't think they can do a great job with your photo, we will reach out to you and request you send us another one.

Can I send a picture of any pet?
We believe all pets are created equal. Whether it's a cat, dog, fish, bird or anything else, we will do our best to make them look great.
Can I edit my order?
All changes must be made to an order within 4 hours after the time which it was placed. Keep in mind that we send your photos to our artists right after you purchase!
What is your refund policy?
Because these are one of a kind and custom products with a picture of your pet, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
If you are not happy with your final artwork design, please request a revision with details you think should be changed.

Exchange for Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, please send us a photo immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org upon opening the package.
For decals, you must send the photo without it first being applied in order to get an exchange.
MyPetPrints.co charges a flat $4.95 per item up to $75 and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 to the United Sates.
A standard order will take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Immediately after you place your order, your pet's image is sent to one of our artists. It will take 2-4 days for the design to be completed and then we contact you for approval.
As soon as you approve or 72 hours passes, we send your order to production. Allow another 3-4 days for the product to be manufactured and shipped.
"Standard" shipping is used by default.
Custom products take time, but we promise it's worth the wait!
If you need expedited shipping, send an email to email@example.com and we will see what is available through the printer for your product. Additional charges will apply.
International shipping is available and the price will be calculated during your checkout.
Most products can be shipped internationally. Canvases can only be shipped to to Canada, UK, and Mexico.
Unfortunately, large or heavy items are very expensive to ship and those costs will be shown during the checkout process.
